We want to make sure your shopping experience with us is as smooth as possible, and that includes getting your order to you quickly and safely. Whether you're in the UK, Ireland, or anywhere else in the world, we've got you covered with reliable delivery options.

Taxes & Duties

For customers outside the Ireland any applicable taxes and duties are determined by your country’s customs regulations and must be covered by you, the customer. Since these rules vary by country, we recommend checking with your local customs office for an accurate estimate of any additional charges.

If a package is refused upon delivery or cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address, the customer remains responsible for:

- The original shipping costs

- Any import fees incurred

- The cost of returning the parcel to us

Once the returned package is received, these fees will be deducted from your refund. As our garments are handmade and made on a pre-order basis, we can only offer a refund of up to 30% of the item’s value
